Screen printing is a classic, and lasting, way to do t-shirt printing. It’s the most popular and often the most economical way to embellish your tees. To create a screen printed t-shirt, we break each colour of your design into individual screens. We then overlay each individual screen over your garment to lay that ink colour. Voila! Your design is completed.
Our in-house screen printing can use any combination of colours with any colour t-shirt. We print across all mediums and will complete your garments with efficient turnaround times.
Low volume, multi-colour print jobs are probably best completed with digital printing.
All colour separations are included as part of the set up fee.
For high resolution images or short runs, digital transfers have come of age with a soft feel and long lasting wear.
DISCHARGE & WATERBASE
For designs where a soft hand feel and/or vintage look is essential.
FOIL & FLOCK
Two of the most impressive embellishments on t-shirts for high impact prints.
Gold, silver, copper or tints. A classic specialty ink to make your print pop with high shine finishes.
High detail, realistic graphics using either spot colour or CMYK separations.
PERMASET ECO-FRIENDLY SCREEN PRINTING INKS
Based in Sydney with over 50 years of manufacturing experience we are very proud to be working with and supporting Colormaker Industries the inventors of Permaset.
All of their inks are water based, made in Sydney, do not contain PVC or phthalates and you don’t need solvents to clean the screens down after they’ve been used – you can clean them with water.
We currently print with Permaset Inks with our manual screen printers in Currumbin & Sydney. It is best for smaller volume jobs with multiple placements & obviously for clients that have helping the environment as one of their highest priority’s. Please note: Not all of our screen printing is organic or is using Permaset dyes. Our automatic screen printing partners still used standard plastisol inks. If you want Permaset specifically for your job please request it.
